Fresh ingredients, including just-from-the-water fish and seafood in the cioppino and Donna's salmon with a balsamic reduction very special treats. The risottos here are equally well prepared, but the chef's chicken, veal and fish entrees deserve no less consideration. That is especially true of the Cornish hen with a caper berry lemon sauce, and the veal grigliati with fontina cheese and pistachio pesto.
