Owner-Chef Andie Tamras of Andies Restaurant has traveled extensively throughout the Mediterranean, bringing back the most popular dishes that reflect the flavors and traditions of the various regions. Mediterranean dishes are some of the most flavorful, fresh and varied cuisines in the culinary canon, and one of the most healthy styles of eating in existence. It is a coastal cuisine and truly a way of life. Chef Andie and the sous chef will introduce you to the full spectrum of Mediterranean fare from street food to dishes worthy of a fine dining experience. Hearty pasta dishes, sauces, and dips are all home-made, and they're seasonal so they also change with the seasons. Here, they cook locally and seasonally, sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. In the summer there's outdoor seating and the cozy fireplace is a perfect place to warm up in the winter.
